Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered at the discretion of Line-A Botanical and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Line-A Botanical is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Line-A Botanical is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist you in locating order information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Line-A Botanical ships within the United States only. International shipping availability may be added in the future.
